EMERGENCE

This is a piece made for the Pacific X Fabrik party competition on 29/11/23.

It was a passion project of mine I had been sitting on for a few months.

I chose this project because it had so much raw and unprocessed intent to it.

Like all the projects I do this one was a tie to my experience at a certain time in my life.

A time when I was going through something so harsh I had to hibernate and hide myself

from the world until I felt in less danger or a better/more beautiful state.

I then shape the story and try my hardest to pull it further from me as much as possible, making it

a more relatable story without losing or tainting its original design.

I apply fashion styles and create the story/characters to express my emotions.

With this specific piece, I adopted the story of Gia the mother of the earth

according to Greek mythology.

Documentation of how she too felt the need to hide away and succumb to the bad

until the time came when she could return to the earth from the ashes and ruins of man's world.

Peeling the magma off of her beautiful interior and wondering the earth once more.

she eventually realizes she has no place on a dead planet, she buries herself in her flowers

and goes back to her slumber waiting for the earth to be like her...........REBORN.
